As founder of Unflatpack in 2005, John is regarded by the media as a spokesperson for the industry and has been widely featured in the media, commenting on flatpack furniture and the decline in DIY skills. He has a background in marketing and IT and loves putting things together. He is responsible for the customer experience and keeping our retail partners happy.
Born with an Allen Key in his hand, Denver has been building things since day one. A qualified cabinet maker he has spent over 6 years in furniture and product installation. Having worked for a number of companies within the industry at a hands-on and management level he brings a wealth of implementation specific expertise. Denver is responsible for the overall management of the network, sourcing, training and looking after our growing team.
Self-confessed ‘furniture geek’ Viki Hart has recently joined us from a rival assembly company where she was responsible for new business development and day-to-day handling of new enquires and active jobs. Filling a similar role with us, Viki’s experience and pro-active approach ensures the smooth running of jobs and a steady stream of delighted customers.
